EA Usage	Allowed (with restrictions)	EAs are permitted on accounts where they are allowed. EAs are prohibited for high-frequency or complex trading without sufficient risk controls, or for any prohibited strategies.
Overnight and Weekend Holding	Allowed	Traders are permitted to hold trades both overnight and over the weekend.
Copy Trading	Restricted	Copy trading is allowed between ThinkCapital accounts. Copying from other prop firm accounts or personal accounts is prohibited. To copy trade from other prop firm accounts, the ThinkCapital account must be the master account, and the EA Add-On must be purchased during the challenge.
Trading Strategies	Some Allowed, Some Restricted	Martingale (increasing investment size after each simulated loss) is prohibited. Scalping is likely restricted if it falls under "High-Frequency Trading" or "Exploiting Platform Inefficiencies." Hedging is allowed within a single account but prohibited across multiple accounts. HFT and grid (reverse) trading are prohibited.
Inactivity	Not Allowed (30-day rule)	You must place at least one trade every 30 days to keep your account active. Challenge accounts are terminated, and funded accounts lose payout eligibility.
News Trading	Restricted (Funded Accounts)	Allowed on challenge accounts (but rapid passing due to high lot sizes during news may lead to review). Prohibited on funded accounts: no trades (including limit/stop orders) 2 minutes before and after a high-impact news event (total of 4 minutes). Holding trades opened before the window is allowed, but no account activity is permitted during this time. The News Trading Add-On allows news trading in both challenge and funded phases.
IP Address/VPN/VPS	Restricted	Trading in countries sanctioned by OFAC is prohibited.
