Try using the other account.
Since you've got two accounts, I guess it's only one you've used
Try the other one and If you still get the same error, message ICMarkets support asking them to add your account under FXV IB and then message FXV to add it manually

I got email that my account was unable to be verified for the contest. I opened an IC account using the IB from this page and submitted trading account Number.
What to do?

What you will do is,
1. Make sure You've got a trading account on ICMarkets if not create a new one.
2. After creating a new account or signing into your old account, create a live trading account either on MT5/4
3. Reach out to support to add your account as IB under FXVerify.
I'm not currently not participating in the competition, but that's how the last ones were done.
