Una auténtica vergüenza para solicitar un retiro. Es curioso pero cuando depositas nunca miran nada pero al retirar todo son puñetas. Que si una imagen no es valida, que mejor en formato pdf descargado de la banca online, que si en el pdf no aparece el logotipo del banco, ... y para más inri aparece un cotitular en la cuenta que es mi mujer y me solicitan el libro de familia. Nunca había visto nada igual. Igual es normal aunque no lo creo. Y si la cuenta es tuya y hay 10 personas más? si son padre, madre, hermanos les envías una analítica de sangre? si no estás casado y es tu pareja cómo lo demuestras?, y si son otras personas que les envías? es una vergüenza.

A real shame to request a withdrawal. It's funny but when you deposit they never look at anything but when you withdraw everything they are heck. What if an image is not valid, what better in pdf format downloaded from online banking, than if the bank's logo does not appear in the pdf, ... and to make matters worse, a co-owner appears in the account that is my wife and me they request the family book. I've never seen anything like it. The same is normal although I do not think so. And if the account is yours and there are 10 more people? If they are father, mother, siblings, do you send them a blood test? If you are not married and it is your partner, how do you show it? And if it is other people that you send them? it is a shame.
