I am trading with FP Markets since a year with each one MT4 and MT5 Account. From my initial rating of 3-4 hearts, just 2 hearts are left. Background is that the Australian government started a tight regulation that allows a maximum leverage of 30 only. In consequence they opened their branch FP Markets LCC in Seychelles, same as their competitors did as well. Details, starting with the positive side: 1. Honesty: No issues at all, good! 2. Communication: Always friendly and quick. 3. Withdrawl, Deposit, Transfer of funds: No issues, even there are quicker competitors in he market. 4. Negative: Cost of trading: Higher spreads than their competitors in Forex Majors, much higher spreads in other instruments. For short term traders that makes a big difference! 5. Negative: In FP Markets LCC Paypal is not available anymore, Skrill simply does not work. 6. An impression that I can´t prove: Company is managed poorly. Example: Very late opening of their branch in Seychelles (several months later than their competitors). Some smaller issues happened in consequence of their late action. I will stop trading with them in the moment and will watch what will happen. May 2021

Terrible customer service and withdrawal take too long compared to IC markets. I was chatting to Timothy on live chat who keeps ignoring me and is not helpful at all. Do not go with FP markets. Horrible customer service. Team needs better training.

Ich bin bei vielen Brokern. Das ist der Beste. Gute Konditionen im Raw. 1:500 Hebel. Gute Regulierung. Herrvorragender Chat-Support und Account Manager. Proffessionnelle Behandlung und Kommunikation. Auszahlungen sind schnell. Faire bestimmungen für Rabatte. Keine Mindestvorausseztung für EA, wo andere minimum 5-8 Spread Verlusst/Gewinn für Rabattvergügung verlangen. Ein Tipp: Bei IB-Rabatt wechsel, am Besten sich gleich zum Account Manager wenden, dass er oder sie das regelt. Ansonsten gibts ein Drucheinander. Aber ich habe so viel erlebt bei anderen Brokern. - Meisten anderen Broker haben zwar guten Chat-Support (wenn überhaupt) aber im Hintergrund einfach schrecklich. Bei FPMarkets hat man einfach ein gutes Gefühl. Man weiss es läuft alles wie es soll und man kann sich mit Sicherheit verlassen das alles Funktioniert.
