Hi #OneDream WEDO Many apologies for the issues you are experiencing uploading your image. We have had a spate of issues since we updated our system recently, and we are working hard to get them all ironed out. The issue you are having is a strange one. If it is not too much trouble, couId I ask you to send me the image you are trying to upload? I want to understand the problem, and being able to test with the actual image would be very helpful. I received you email, that is invaluable feedback and will really help me fix the issue you are experiencing

Based on the feedback your provided earlier, I was able to make a change to way images are handled. You can now upload .heic files directly without having to change the filetype, and they should display just fine. I've also added support for various other filetypes too. So, that said you shouldnt have any issues uploading your designs. thanks again for your helpful feedback, it really made a difference 🦾
