Hi there US75, what do you mean by IP Address server?
The contest server is VantageInternational-Demo, and it can be found when you register for the contest in "My credentials" link.

all participatns trades in the connection issue so their account never faced any drawdown so please reset them all to zero. thanks

Is your margin% reach 100%?
If reaches 100%, all positions will close.
This is normal for all brokers.

Hi guys, apologies for my late reply as I was off this morning.
There is a connection issue preventing new accounts from being created and the ranking from being updated.
Our IT team is aware of the issue and is working on it.

Not generating the password, it is saying "Pending", for a long time now.

Please consider the following:
(1) Do not allow new registrations, after the contest has started.
(2) When the contest begins, send everyone their passwords by email.
Extra benefit of (1), is that it will reduce multiple entries by users (by some extent).
But the main idea is that, the system will not freeze, like it is happening now (and happens almost every other week).
