Flexible trading, but still some room for improvement
INFINOX gives me the flexibility I need. I can open up to 1000 orders at once, though I usually have a few hundred running at any given time. The 0.01 lot minimum is great for my strategy, letting me manage risk more efficiently. Overall, the trading experience is smooth, and I like having the freedom to adjust my approach. I find the UX/UI of MT4, MT5, and IX Social pretty solid. There’s a lot of info packed into these platforms, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. It takes a bit of time to get used to everything, but the layout makes sense, and once you learn where things are, it’s easy to navigate. The client area is useful, and the trading interface has helpful hints along the way. That said, I personally find the desktop versions of trading platforms more user-friendly and efficient. I do trade on my phone sometimes, but it’s not as convenient as using a full-sized screen.

I recently joined the IX Partners program, and so far, it’s been a good experience. I’ve made a bit of money and plan to withdraw once I hit my target. I only trust big, well-established brokers as new ones always make me wonder if they’re legit or just another sketchy operation. Infinox gave me a good impression since it’s been around for years and has proper licenses. That’s enough for me to feel secure. I’ve got two STP accounts, one on MT4 and another on MT5. If I were less experienced, I’d probably check out their copy trading feature too. I think it looks interesting for beginners.

I’m based in the UK, and since INFINOX has its main server here, my trades execute super fast. That’s a big deal for me because I trade volatile markets where every millisecond counts. I still prefer to submit messages to the broker’s support team by email. It’s because I want to store the history of messages outside my client profile with the broker. The Infinox operators never make me wait long. They provide relevant answers to all questions and don’t make me ask about the same thing twice. Recently I’ve started trading with leverage. The maximum amount is 1:1000 but it applies only to forex, futures and indices. I trade bonds, so I can only get leverage of up to 1:100. For equities and commodities it’s even lower - 1:50 and 1:20 respectively. Actually I like these limitations because they help minimize risks and better control the trades
