EA Usage Allowed EAs that have been crafted by the trader are allowed on all account types (Instant, Rapid, Unlimited, Elite, 3 Step).
Overnight and Weekend Holding Allowed Holding positions overnight and over the weekend is allowed on all account types. Cryptocurrency trading is explicitly allowed over weekends on the 3-Step account.
Copy Trading Allowed Copy trading is allowed between Blue Guardian accounts (Funded, Evaluation, etc.) and between Blue Guardian accounts and personal external accounts legally bound to the account holder.
Trading Strategies Some Allowed, Some Restricted Hedging and martingale are allowed on all account types. Tick scalping is listed as a prohibited practice. Using no stop loss is allowed.
Inactivity Not Allowed (30-day rule) Must place at least one trade every 30 days on all account types to avoid account breach.
News Trading Restricted (Funded Accounts) Allowed on all Challenge (Evaluation) accounts. NOT allowed on Funded Accounts. No opening/closing trades 2.5 minutes before and after high-impact (red folder) news events. Profits earned during this time or influenced by news may be removed.

Prohibited Trading Practices/Gambling Policy Not Allowed Exploiting demo account vulnerabilities, using platform/data freezing or delayed data feeds, tick scalping, HFT, arbitrage bots (reverse, latency, hedge), and any unrealistic or unfair trading styles are prohibited on all account types.
Trading Period Unlimited No maximum trading period for all account types (Rapid, Unlimited, Elite, 3 Step).
Minimum Trading Days Varies by Account Type Rapid (1-Step): 3 trading days. Unlimited (2-Step): 3 trading days. Elite (2-Step): 4 trading days. 3 Step: 3 trading days. Each with at least 0.5% profit on each day (days don't need to be consecutive).
Misc. Rules Various Password changes are not allowed. Maximum Daily Loss is 4% of the initial account balance for all account types, calculated daily at 5 PM EST. Maximum Total Loss varies: Trailing Drawdown for Rapid, 8% for Unlimited and 3-Step, 10% for Elite. Drawdown type is Trailing for Rapid and Static for Unlimited, Elite, and 3-Step.
