The NASDAQ index has erased the sharp declines which had the stock down -228.37 points at session lows. The index is now trading above or below unchanged on the day at 19644. Comments from Trump of his call with Russia's Putin seemed to have given the index a boost.

The Dow industrial average still remains negative at -204 points or -0.46%. The S&P is down -16.3 points or -0.27%.

  • Shares of Meta are up 0.62% for as it works on its 18th consecutive up day.
  • Palantir shares are up $3.25 or 3.0% the record high close from two days ago reached $116..04
  • Applovin shares are up $7.71 or 2.05% at $382.70 ahead of earnings after the close. It's record high close is $401.50.
