Damon Sze, former Chief Operating Officer of Hantec Markets Australia, has stepped down to become Managing Director of TopWealthTrading, a newly launched offshore CFD brokerage focused on Asia.

TopWealthTrading operates from Australia but is legally domiciled in Vanuatu and reportedly regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.

Sze Brings Years of Regional Experience to New Role

Sze’s career with Hantec began in 2018 in Hong Kong, where he joined as a Business Development Manager and later served as the Business Development Director.

In 2023, he relocated to Australia and became Marketing Director of Hantec’s ASIC-regulated entity, before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer earlier this year. His move to TopWealthTrading signals a departure from traditional regulated environments to more agile offshore operations.
