I'm giving them 4 stars because they're honest in the way they deal with their customers, and they pass on swap payments to you instead of hoarding it like some brokers. I've never had a problem with execution speed -- and their customer support usually responds in a timely fashion, except for recently when I requested help setting up CashBackForex. I had to email them three times, and then ask CashBackForex to contact them for me. If your account balance drops to 40% of the margin, your account gets 'wiped'. I no longer use my ECN account, because I feel like the commissions are too high, when I can trade with lower spreads on the VAR. They offer a wide variety of platforms, including MT4 for Mac. They also accept Bitcoin, but I would hold on to every BTC you have if I were you, The worst thing about TradersWay, in my opinion, is the 5% fee they charge to take money out. Most brokers charge less. Think about it. You work hard to increase your account by a certain percentage -- and Tradersway has charged you throughout the process on every single trade you make. And then, you wish to remove some of the money you've earned -- maybe you've earned 15% and TW takes a third of it! I wrote them to let them know they should drop that rate down, but they refused. I would almost give them 3 stars for that reason. I hope this helps you make a decision. If you have a lot of money, the 5% may not bother you. Happy pippin' !
