good broker:
1. never have withdrawal problem with them.
2. spreads are average, eur/usd is 0.9pip, usdjpy 1.1 pip.
3. connection to their server is always within 8 ms, so execution is almost same time when you place the order well on busy period, such as NPF and news, there are delays result you place the order few pips away from your original entry, but cant blame as all brokers widespread and executions at this period.

AVA Trade ist ein sehr bemühter Broker. Doch bei vielen Dingen umständlich und langsam. Ist das Konto erst einmal so eingerichtet, wie sie es wünschen ist es in der Orderausführung OK. Es gibt viele dies schlechter sind. Der Service ist auf Deutsch und für Kunden mit einem Konto größer 1000 € gibt es einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner der mit Rat und Tat zu Seite steht. Für Anfänger sehr zu empfehlen.

AVA Trade is a very busy broker. But cumbersome and slow with many things. Once the account has been set up the way you want it, the order execution is OK. There are many of these are worse. The service is in German and for customers with an account greater than 1000 € there is a personal contact person who is on hand with advice and action. Highly recommended for beginners.

Never had any issues with deposit or withdrawal always process right away. as for their options platform pricing is delayed and seems to have a lot of manual back end which is not optimal and causes many errors back and forth with the customer service. Everything was always settle properly in then.

Great broker with excellent customer service. On the first day of signup, almost immediately a customer service representative call to check up on me and offer advice on how to maximize on their current offers and promotions. Their spread are ok, but the amount of traded instruments available are the best so far especially on CFD indices, great for people trying to trade NASDAQ100 etc.
