I would say the best part of being here for me has been the customer service and it’s worked really well for me and it’s funny how when I always reach out to them Everything just seems to work out lol. I started out here with the demo account and it was wonderful. It showed me how trading here fully would be, the trading conditions and also the way I navigated the platform and the fast withdrawals was all the signals I need to make that choice.

I have been trading with xm for more than a year. so far my observation is that it’s a quite credible forex broker with rich history.
I think for newbies who could potentially read this review it’s the most important aspects that they should pay attention to.
Also check the copy trading feature. there are a lot of traders with interesting trading strategies. it’s in case you don't want to trade yourself or you are not capable

I’m not sure it makes sense to choose other accounts over the ultra low standard account. This account has everything I need, beginning from narrow spreads, zero commissions and ending swap free fees on major currencies. It doesn’t matter how many times I open positions, I don’t feel any trading costs. I hope one day they will introduce swap free commissions on minor and exotic pairs also. 🙃 Everything else is okay

I know about XM since 2011. At that time i traded in forex only but than left. Again in May 2024 i started trading but this time in Gold only. Never faced any problems. Instant Deposit which is credited in less than one hour if option of Bank wire selected. Quick Withdrawals again in less than an hour. Over all i am highly satisfied customer with 14 years trading experience with XM

Es buen broker pero no me gustan su spread son muy elevados, también intenté hacer retiro a una tarjeta de débito internacional y no me dejó entonces es una gran falla por allí, a demás que la mayoría de los brokers aceptan binance pay con el minimo de depósito de 10$, ellos lo tienen en 50$ , plataforma mala para principiantes.

In addition, most brokers accept Binance Pay with a minimum deposit of $10, they have it at $50, a bad platform for beginners.

dear trader , i gave them 1 star for the following reasons
i have so bad experience with XM.COM as a forex broker accept crypto deposit and withdrawal .FIRST ,xm ,and their so called third party to supervise transactions to xm ,deduced more than 6 usdt and refused to accept my deeposit with an alibi (that my deposit was not exactly the same as i deposited they want it in a peeny ..and this is an excuse to steal money from traders (compare icmarkets and their flexable supervision to transaction ..icmarkets will not do the same ).second ,according to their copy trade system (in this month) i decided to send money to invest based on their fake copy system .you can check how they cheat investors through their copy system (my case i followed someone whose drawdown is 10 % the maximum and it was fake .XM.COM PUT INVESTORS money in an internal account . I lost from the first two hours in copy trades 285 USDT .third,i tried to connect my accounts to get my rebates from them .another excuse for the sake not to give you any penny ,that they added it under their so called IB .AND IF YOU WANT TO GET SOME REBATE PLEASE OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT TO GET REBATE .FINALLY ,They are different from forexample icmarkets ,,icmarkets.com send to me all my rebates from the beginning of opening an account with them without asking .So dont trust them and dont waste your time and money with them .and if xm .com have any fact other than what i said ..try to contact cashback .I DONT TRUST XM FOREVER .DONT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM . SO I NEED THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY (285+6) +REBATE FROM THEM .

They have no swaps on Ultra Low accounts, so this is the only broker I can do my weekly trading strategy with. Note that other 2 types of accounts DO have swaps, so it doesnt work there.
Basically I'm using common pattern in Forex trading is the Hammer, or the opposite of it called the Shooting Star pattern (you can search for them, I'm not gonna explain how they look). I look for them on WEEKLY candles, and trade with pretty small positions, holding them for 2+ months sometimes. TP/SL as usual on resistance/support.
I trade most currencies like this, and branching out into stock derivatives a bit as of now. XM is great at allowing me to do this: all the assets + free swaps. Spreads don't scare me, the price usually moves 80 pips or more during my trade. I wouldnt mind paying more spread here, in fact, if everything else stayed the same.

It was a bad experience with support after I inquired about not receiving the deposit that did not reach my account. A week with support with frequently asked questions and waiting after waiting and I sent them every time the deposit confirmation . They said that the wallet that I used is not theirs, knowing that I did the operation on their platform in order to enhance my account. They made me lose focus in my trading after I doubled my wallet twice and lost the meeting in the platform that defrauded me. Beware of dealing with them.

Actually, I don't have much experience in trading, but I was surprised by the number of ways to reach out to the customer support, rly.
I of course chit-chatted with them using live chat, but there is even an opportunity to get in touch via Viber, WhatsApp, lmao.
Moreover, customer support is multilingual one. There is a plethora of languages that specialists can speak and it's very thoughtful of the broker. I can even call it a supreme level of user-centricity. In general, I am satisfied with them.
