Stock indices in MT4 are in the folder "Indices CFDs",
If you are referring to Stocks, the ICM MT4 does not support stocks (only MT5).
Either way, it's always best to go to "Market watch", then do a right click on any symbol and the select "Show All" (works for both MT4 and MT5) to see all of the available symbols.
