If I want to invest in Gold, what are my options? Do I have to buy physical Gold Bars? or is there a way of trading in Gold like shares?

You can buy physical or digital Gold, it's your choice and you should research on that. However, what we share here is about trading Gold on the electronic platform. Just like trading the Forex market.

Tbh, I don't think now is a great time to buy gold. It's been overextended due to the uncertainty with other store of value such as USD etc. Once everything comes back stable and investors can still trust USD as a store of value, gold is going to make a significant retracement and once that happens you who bought at current ATH price will be in a significant drawdown, so it's better to buy whether physical or digitally once it's discounted
