Established in 2011, and with headquarters in the British Virgin Islands, Premium Trading is an international rebate service presenting a portfolio of 62 regulated CFDs brokers, providing forex and cryptocurrency rebates.

Premium Trading is a brand of Premium Trading Services Inc., company Reg. No.: 1678579 and with registered address in 147 Main St., Road Town, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands.
  • Rebates of up to 80% of the spread
  • Premium Trading partners with 62 CFD brokers
  • 2-level Partner program (referral) with 10% (level 1) and 5% (level 2)
  • Payments by Bitcoin enabled
Premium Trading promises to save traders up to 80% of the paid spread, or trading commissions. According to their website, a broker will pay Premium Trading a remuneration as spread fraction or commission for each closed trade.

They will then rebate account holders up to 80% of their remuneration, all with absolutely equal trading conditions. This means that traders can have peace of mind that the IB broker will never extend spreads or charge extra commissions.

Of course, the rebate amount depends on the broker, account type, trading instrument, and position size, and may reach up to 80% of spread. To calculate the rebates in $US, Premium Trading offers a handy calculator on their website.

Let’s look in more detail what Premium Trading has to offer, what payment methods are available, fees and minimum withdrawal amounts.

Secondly, open an account with one of the brokers represented on their website, or transfer your trading account to Premium Trading, following the instructions on the broker description page. Third, add the trading account to your profile. Fourth, start trading and earning cashback on each executed trade.

  • Premium Trading is an IB broker working with 62 selected brokers, offering rebates on closed trades across a wide range of CFDs; cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, indices and commodities.

  • Rebates are offered as spread and trading commissions reductions, and paid on every closed trade, regardless if closed in profit or loss.

  • Cashback can be redeemed via six different payment methods, including cards, Bitcoin and the most popular e-payment solutions.

Withdrawals and Other Fees

  • Withdrawal fees - Earned cashback is processed and paid to the rebates account from the 5th to the 15th day of the month following the month the rebates were earned. Spread Reduction

Premium Trading rebate rates are currently average when compared to other rebates providers. Traders linking a trading account with this IB Broker can benefit of an average spread reduction, on forex CFDs, of 0.55 pip.

This means investors with a Standard type trading account, with one of the selected brokers proposed by Premium Trading, and trading the EUR/USD with a spread of 1 pip, will get just about half of that spread (0.55 pip) credited back to the rebate account.

Rebates per Lot

Another way of earning rebates with some of the CFD brokers proposed by Premium Trading is the rebates per lot. By selecting a broker offering this option, investors will get cashback on each traded lot (100,000 currency units), with an average of US$ 2.54 per lot.

This also means that 1 traded lot volume includes mini-lots (0.10, 0.20, etc.), that should be added to a minimum of 1 complete lot by month end to be eligible for the rebates. Premium Trading will credit the equivalent rebates per lot to its clients, regardless if the trades were closed with a loss or a profit.

Commissions Reduction

The third option to earn rebates with Premium Trading is with a trading commission reduction percentage. This common feature is offered by most ECN type brokers, and traders selecting this option will be credited, to their rebates account, part of the broker’s trading commission, with an average of 24.78% reduction on the trading commission.

For example, a trader with an ECN type account with a broker charging $US 6.00 commission per 1 traded lot of EUR/USD, will in reality pay $US 4.513 trading commission per lot, with the remaining $US 1.487 credited back as cashback.

The popularity of this IB broker, despite being in business for over 10 years, is still lower when compared to its competitors. Cashback with Premium Trading can be earned by trading with the proposed brokers, who are properly regulated. Most of the brokers proposed offer great levels of retail investors protection, with safety mechanisms such as Segregated Investor Accounts or Negative Balance Protection. Premium Trading partners with brokers allowing trading across multiple platforms (MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader) to suit all kind of traders.

Premium Trading’s popularity is still lower when compared to other rebate providers, despite their interesting rebate and withdrawal option.

  • Trading Education - Premium Trading does not offer any trading education materials. The only visible thing we could found on Premium Trading’s website is some company news and broker news. Other than that, on the “Analytics” tab, users can find an economic calendar and a broker spread comparison tool or use the handy rebate calculator, present on several pages.

  • Customer support - Premium Trading support seems to be available solely in English language. The IB broker can be contacted via contact form and email only.
Concluding our Premium Trading review, this IB broker, despite their long presence in the market, and their lower popularity compared to their peers, could present a valid option for traders looking to earn some extra cash with their trading. Especially for traders looking for an IB broker allowing withdrawals by Bitcoin and cards. Negatively, this IB broker should make clear on their website what are the minimum withdrawal amounts and relative withdrawal fees, if applicable.
